AppMac Software has released xDNS Builder, a software utility for system administrators who need to set up or maintain Domain Name Service (DNS) on Mac OS X.
Mac OS X already has this capability, but it's currently limited to access through the Terminal. Developed using the Cocoa application framework, xDNS Builder adds a graphical interface to DNS administration.
System requirements call for Mac OS X 10.2 or Mac OS X Server 10.2, making xDNS Builder suitable for Apple's Xserve, too. An evaluation version is available for download from AppMac's Web site.
