Apple is getting their Web site ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas this week. Apple normally celebrates a holiday with a new collection of iCards from their iTools Web site and with Thanksgiving just two days away the company has posted a collection of festive iCards for users to choose from.

Thanksgiving isn't the only holiday Apple is preparing for on its Web site. With Christmas just around the corner, Apple has posted a holiday gift guide, just in case you may want to purchase an iBook, some CD-Rs and an iPod for that special someone in your life (sounds good to me). Of course, there are many other items in the gift to choose from.

According to Apple, the top ten gifts so far are the iPod, Office v. X Upgrade, Mac OS X 10.1, Nikon 775 Digital Camera, Monsters Inc. 3 Pack, World Book Encyclopedia, ViaVoice for Mac OS X, Bose Acoustic Headset, Canon S110 Digital Elph Camera and Age of Empires II Gold. The Gift Guide is available through the Apple Store Hot Deals page.

Apple's online partner MacZone has updated its page with several Office v. X bundles, a CD burning bundle and a full size keyboard and mouse bundle.

If you just can't help yourself and need to buy several items from Apple, the company is offering 9.9 percent financing and no payments until February 2002 for a limited time. Full details on the plan are available from Apple's Web site.
