Apple has updated iMovie, its entry level digital video editing system, to version 3.0.3.

According to Apple, the update provides improved performance and stability for iMovie 3. Also, refinements to the Ken Burns Effect allow greater pan and zoom control on digital images and make it easier to crop digital stills.

iMovie 3.0.3 requires QuickTime 6.3, which was released on Tuesday, and Mac OS X 10.1.5 or higher. It's a 12.1MB download file.
