JR Hill & Co. has unwrapped a new iPod product: the Wrap. Built for the third generation of iPods, it's a US$7.99 clear vinyl wrap designed to protect the 10GB, 15GB, and 30GB models from fingerprints and scratches.

"The Wrap is made specifically for those who don't want a full size case and want some protection when keeping their iPod in their pocket, backpack, purse, fanny pack, etc.," Chris Neuman of JR Hill & Co. said. "With simple static cling, The Wrap clings to the iPods front, back, sides and bottom. Since the new iPods have touch sensitive scroll wheel and buttons, the iPod is fully usable through the clear vinyl."

The top of the digital device is exposed for access to the headphone/remote jacks and hold switch. And if you peel down the back piece, you can access the bottom data/charging port.
