Moby is participating in Apple's Made on a Mac series, where he'll be presenting a selection from his new DVD. The event is scheduled to take place at 6:30PM. Moby's new DVD is called "Moby 18 DVD + B Sides," and it began shipping last month. It contains six hours of material, including all the videos from Moby's album "18," as well as remixes, unreleased songs and demos, photographs, a 90-minute live performance and more.
Moby is the musician and DJ behind club music like "Go," "Porcelain," "Move" and countless other hits. His music has also proven to be popular soundtrack choices for television ads. Moby is a well-established fan of the iPod and a Mac user who has also appeared in promotion videos produced by Apple for its hardware. Of course, his music is available through the iTunes Music Store.
Moby is also an active blogger whose entries can be found on his own official Web site. "We're doing an Apple in-store in L.A. (at/on The Grove on Thursday at 6:30pm), so come by and say hi if you're around," he noted yesterday.
