Apple CEO Steve Jobs on Monday announced AirPort Express, a tiny new mobile 802.11g-based wireless networking base station available in July for US$129. The device comes equipped with a combination analog and digital audio connector that will enable consumers to connect their home stereos with their iTunes Music Library via AirTunes, a complementary technology to be supported in iTunes 4.6, expected to be released later this week.
