Readers of my November 2004 Mac 911 column, who steadfastly cling to versions of Mac OS X prior to 10.3, have discovered that typing javascript:window.print() into Safari's Address field and pressing Return does absolutely nothing.

While I offered this tip for those who care to drag this bit of code into Safari's Bookmarks Bar to create a handy Print button, I neglected to explain that it works only with Mac OS X 10.3.
