Macworld Expo Digital Art Contest accepting entries

The seventh annual Macworld Conference & Expo Digital Art Contest is now accepting entries. The competition is judged by a jury and is open to any 2D or 3D digital artists who work with a Macintosh. On this year's judging panel are Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, pop artist Peter Max, National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) president Scott Kelby and Adobe's Russell Brown.

30 images submitted to the contest will be chosen and premiered at Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco, Calif. in January. The event takes place from January 11 - 14, 2005 at the Moscone Center. Digital art and digital graphics-related prizes will be awarded to winning artists. The deadline to enter is Nov. 18, 2004.

Macworld Expo is produced by IDG World Expo. MacCentral and Macworld are published by Mac Publishing LLC. Both Mac Publishing LLC and IDG World Expo are business units of International Data Group (IDG).
