Spam filters are increasingly accurate, but even the best filters occasionally misjudge a good message and toss it into the trash heap. For this reason you should sift through your junk mail folder for good messages before you give it the final heave-ho.

When doing so, I’ve found it helpful to sort messages by subject. This gangs together the multiple no subject, Re: Account #, Amazing New Pleasure For Men, Cheap Meds, Italian Crafted Rolex, Loan User ID, Mail Delivery, New Product, Tadalafil, and Unfaithful messages, making it easier to skip over huge chunks of repeated spam in order to spot the rare worthwhile message.
