Print Wear Wholesalers now offers special short sleeve, fitted short sleeve and long sleeve t-shirts it calls “ mpTees.” The t-shirts have been especially designed to give iPod users and other folks with portable music players or cell phones a place to hide their device.

Instead of a chest pocket, there’s a pocket sewn into the bottom of mpTee that is shaped and positioned so the iPod (or other device) will stay put. Two slots let you run earbud wires under the shirt for most of the way up to your ears. The shirt is 100 percent cotton

For now, Print Wear Wholesalers is only accepting wholesale orders — a minimum of 120 t-shirts that can be screen printed or embroidered, and are available in six colors: Black Night, Pure White, Ruby Red, Smoke, Navy Blue and Cactus. Print Wear Wholesalers suggests that mpTees be considered by companies for promotional use or for resale.

Sizes in the standard short sleeve and long sleeve shirts run the gamut from adult small to 3X. Fitted short sleeves are available in adult junior sizes, small to XL.

Print Wear Wholesalers said that it should begin selling the shirts individually before the end of 2006.
