4D Inc. on Thursday announced the release of 4th Dimension 2004.5

4th Dimension enables developers to create custom software for users, complete with an integrated database engine, ODBC support, backup and spell checker, and more.

The 2004.5 release features more than 100 bug fixes, including a critical fix for a rounding and truncation issue encountered by Intel-based Mac users running Mac OS X v10.4.8.

System requirements call for a G3 or better, 800 x 600 display, Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later and 256MB RAM.
