Divita's motorized storage means no more slipped discs?

Your living room is full of sleek and sexy machinery, but what to do with all those disc cases? CDs, DVDs, video games, and soon Blu-Ray and HD DVDs all take up room, and they can look plenty garish. Well, if you've got $375, only around 100 discs, and a burning desire to own the latest and greatest in disc storage technology, check out Divita from Bluedot.

This sucker has a built-in elevator and keypad. You type a disc's title into the keypad and Divita pops your disc out, as if by magic . Unfortunately, you'll need to type the titles in yourself for each disc, so you'll need some serious time on your hands. The bigger worry, for my part, is that whatever intelligence drives the Divita might decide I shouldn't be watching certain things. Whadya mean I can't have 2001 ? Bloody robots.

On second thought, maybe you'd be better off getting one of those metal disc racks from Target for like $20. At least they won't decide to throw you out an airlock.
