Reader Amal Chandaria has taken an interest in iWeb ’08. He writes:

I have iWeb ’08 as a part of iLife ’08. I have a question. Is it possible to create hidden pages in iWeb? Every time you make a page, it shows up at the top. I would like to have it so certain pages can be only accessed through certain links in the website itself, therefore being ‘hidden pages’. How do I do this?

Easily enough. Just select the page you want to hide in iWeb’s Source list, choose View -> Show Inspector, click the Page tab in the resulting Inspector window, and disable the Include Page in Navigation Menu option. The link to that page (or set of pages if you’ve added a template such as Blog) will disappear from the site’s navigation bar.
