Life Record has announced the release of Life Record EMR v3.5, an electronic medical recordkeeping system for medical practices. Life Record costs $9999.99.

Life Record helps doctors track patients electronically, saving them from having to fill out paperwork. It’s a Web-enabled application that works on the Mac, iPhone and other devices.

New to this release is the ability to enroll patients from anywhere using a WEb form, and “InLobby Enrollment,” which lets doctors put a Mac, iPod touch or other device in their lobby and letting patients use the device to fill out new patient information. Also new in the 3.5 release is Life Record ChartAnywhere, which lets doctors and patients review patient records using an Internet-connected device.
