Hog Bay Software has released TaskPaper 1.0, a new to-do list manager for Mac OS X. It costs $18.95 (a limited-time offer — the 1.1 release will cost $27.95).
Designed as an alternative to more feature-heavy programs, the software is aimed at helping users simply get things done. It auto-formats content and provides information for quick editing and viewing to-dos. Users can create, complete and delete to-do items using single keystrokes. You can click on a project title’s hyperlink to filter out other projects, click on a tag hyperlink to view other tasks sharing that tag, and use the project toolbar menu to jump to any project.
System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.4 or later.
