TweakerSoft has announced the release of VectorDesigner 1.0.0, a new vector-based graphics application for Mac OS X. It costs $49.95.

VectorDesigner features “smart shapes,” bezier creation and editing, the ability to place text inside shapes or along paths, support for layers, raster-to-vector conversion and support for CoreImage and Quartz Composer-based image filters.

Features include an image adjustment panel, boolean operations, iSight integration, scanner integration, a browser for the Flickr photo publishing service, iLife photo integration and support for Leopard’s QuickLook feature.

System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.4 or later, G4 or better (Intel included) 900MHz or faster, 512MB RAM, 8.9MB hard disk space.
