Feral Interactive on Thursday announced that it will ship its long-awaited Macintosh conversion of the game Fable: The Lost Chapters on March 31, 2008. The company is now accepting pre-orders for $50.

A role-playing adventure game originally developed by Lionhead Studios, Fable: The Lost Chapters puts you in the role of a young adventurer in a vast fantasy world, the fictional land of Albion. The game features real-time combat, interaction with other computer-controlled characters in an evolving world, scores of unique skills and extras to master and acquire, many monsters to slay, and many quests to go on. The game can be different each time you play, depending on the choices you make.

System requirements call for a 1.6GHz or faster processor (the game is a Universal binary for both PowerPC and Intel-based Macs), 512MB RAM, 64MB VRAM (Intel GMA graphics excluded), Mac OS X v10.4.8 or later, 3GB hard disk space, DVD drive, mouse.
