Audio-Technica has announced that it’s shipping its ATH-ANC3 QuietPoint active noise-canceling in-ear headphones. The pro-quality headphones are available for $169.95.

The ATH-ANC3 uses microphones in each earbud to actively cancel outside sound. It blocks up to 85 percent of outside noise, according to Audio-Technica. The earbuds ship with three sizes of ear tips and a control unit with monitor switch that mutes all functions. The earbuds work when the noise-canceling is off, so you can use the earbuds without batteries.

The kit includes a durable carrying case, adjustable cable, additional extension cable, airline adapter, clothing clip and AAA battery. It’s available in either black or white. Look for them in Apple Store retail locations and other authorized dealers.
