Mariner Software on Thursday announced plans to republish Advenio Software’s recipe and wine management software, MacGourmet. The Mariner edition will be called MacGourmet Deluxe and will cost $49.95 when it’s released in June.

MacGourmet is an “iTunes for recipes.” It lets you create and edit recipes, make wine and cooking notes, browse your collection and build category lists like “appetizers.” You can publish your recipes to .Mac or to your own blog, import recipes and print them out on index cards. You can export shopping lists to a PDA.

New functionality in MacGourmet Deluxe include a menu planner that lets you add week-based menus, integration with iCal, nutritional database analysis, a new shopping list editor with additional features, widescreen mode with new mouse-over popups and more.

MacGourmet users will be offered an upgrade to MacGourmet Deluxe; the original version will continue to be sold by Advenio.

System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.4 or later.
