Toontrack has updated all six of its expansion packs for its EZdrummer drum sampler. The updates fix some issues and copy protection has been added to three packs.

The Latin Percussion pack includes fixes for Caxixi and the inclusion of a copy protection system using the product’s serial number. Drums from Hell includes some bonus MIDI and quantization of the Grind Blast Beats. Vintage Rock fixed a distortion problem with the Blackbeauty sidestick and added copy protection.

The Claustrophobic and Twisted Kit packs fixed effects routing and added presets by Atlanta-based electronic musician, Richard Devine. Finally, a pedal squeak on the default kick was fixed in Nashville kit update.

The updates are free for registered users and available from the company’s Web site.
