Video tutorial company, MacProVideo, released two new video tutorials for users of Apple’s Logic Pro digital audio workstation and Propellerhead’s Reason 4. The company also announced a new contest where you could win a MacBook Pro and other gear.

The advanced Logic Pro Master Class will teach you skills for working with beats and other recorded audio files. This includes Beat Mapping, Fixing & Quantizing recorded audio, Automatic Beat Replacement, adding Swing and Groove to audio recordings, Using Markers, how Plugin Delay Compensation really works.

The Reason 4 tutorial features overview of Reason 4’s main synthesizers, including the NN-XT Advanced Sampler and the new Thor Polysonic Synthesizer. You’ll also learn about Reason’s built-in DSP effects and its mastering suite.

MacProVideo’s contest challenges users to remix a song in the Logic 404: Mixing Electronica tutorial. If your remix is chosen you will win a copy of Logic Studio, a MacBook Pro, an Apogee Duet interface, and a Universal Audio UAD-Xpander Xpress.
