Dare to be Creative on Friday announced the release of Dragoman 1.3, a new version of their universal batch file converter for the Mac. It costs $29.95, and the update is free for registered users.

Dragoman helps users convert files between different formats. It supports images, photos, PDF files, music and archive files using a simple drag and drop interface.

The new 1.3 update expands Dragoman’s music format support. It now supports MP3, MP4, Free Lossless Audio Codec (FLAC) and Ogg Vorbis. Dragoman 1.3 also lets you convert files between text documents, Microsoft Word, Rich Text Format (RTF) and HTML. The list of supported digital camera formats has been expanded, and you can now use Dragoman to reduce the size of photos and images.

Dragoman requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later.
