Music software-maker BIAS on Wednesday released a new audio application, but this time for the iPhone, not the Mac. iProRecorder is an audio recording app designed for the iPhone and iPod.

iProRecorder allows the user to start a recording with a single touch of the button. Recordings can also be paused and appended, according to BIAS.

The interface of the application includes a counter, progress indicator, and available record time. It also uses the iPhone’s accelerometer to switch the orientation of the controls.

iProRecorder records uncompressed files with three audio fidelity settings. You can record up to 13 hours per gigabyte, according to the company.

The application costs $0.99 and is available from the App Store.
