SharedPlan Pro project management software has been updated to version 5.0, adding several new features and improving team collaboration.
Among the changes in the new version is improved resource management. The resource editor has been redone, making it easier to manage task assignments and resources. Cost management has been improved, as well. Costs are now managed throughout the entire project with fixed costs and resource costs being rolled up for accurate task costs and project costs, according to the company.
A resource chart has been added to the application, allowing users to see a Gantt chart and visual plan editor at any time. Project managers can now also right click on a task and send an email to everyone associated with that one task.
SharedPlan Pro 5 is available from the company’s Web site and costs $199.95.
