FileMaker released an update for its personal database application, Bento. The update fixes a number of issues that users had with the application.

Bento 2.0v3 fixes some small visual issues like vertical spacing between checkbox fields. The update also addresses issues related to partially downloaded email messages from IMAP mail clients, such as MobileMe and AOL, that prevented opening or viewing messages in a Message List field.

Exporting tab-delimited files from Bento and importing to AppleWorks now works correctly, as does editing text boxes containing only numbers on templates that have been imported.

Bento 2.0v3 can be downloaded from the FileMaker Web site.
