Synium Software released an update for its genealogy application, MacFamilyTree, fixing several bugs and improving other aspects of the application.

Among the changes in MacFamilyTree 5.3.6 is an improved GEDCOM importer. The update also improves the generation and rendering performance of the virtual tree, according to the company.

The new version also improves the alignment in the virtual tree, as well as improving the MobileFamilyTree sync.

MacFamilyTree 5.3.6 can be downloaded from the company’s Web site. For new users the application costs $49.
