MacProVideo.com and its Adobe-focused sister company designProVideo.com have released several new video tutorials on Illustrator, Pro Tools, and MainStage.

Core Illustrator CS4 Tutorials is a five hour series where you’ll learn how to use Illustrator's tools to draw objects and edit vector paths, grouping and organizing objects on layers, and working with Type to create text along paths and shapes. You’ll also learn some tips for anti-aliasing vector graphics, working with color and gradients, and transforming objects to make intricate works of art.

If you’re a Pro Tools user, MacProVideo posted some free videos in its Pro Tools 8 First Look series. In these videos you get 30 minutes of tutorials where you'll learn about the Pro Tools 8 interface, how MIDI & notation work, and how to use Track Comping and Playlists in your Pro Tools sessions.

Creating Guitar Rigs In MainStage has been released. This series (done by Yours Truly) will teach you how to make custom guitar rigs and effects pedals that will allow you to make tones and sounds you could previously only achieve with expensive amps and hardware pedals.

Core Illustrator CS4 Tutorials costs $39.50 and Creating Guitar Rigs In MainStage costs $29.50.
