Nopali, the medical office management software for Mac OS X, has been updated to version 1.7.5. Nopali costs $2000.

Nopali features scheduling, electronic medical record tracking, insurance billing, photo archiving, patient tracking, quote management, patient billing, office ledger support, patient documents and reporting and statistics.

The new update features the ability to manage office media files in an iPhoto-like interface and paper chart interface for archiving PDF copies of paper charts. A new mass-mailer has been incorporated that lets you contact patients in a group e-mail. And the new version has been optimized for Time Machine, and lets you import patient contact information using vCards or tab-delimited files.

System requirements call for Mac OS X 10.5 or later, 17-inch display and 2GB RAM. A demo version is available for download.
