With Apple’s release of Safari 4, Agile Web Solutions has updated its 1Password software to 2.9.19, adding support for the new version of the Web browser. It’s a free update for version 2.x users, and costs $40 for a new license.

1Password is a password management application that enables you to securely store login information, credit card info and other personal information and have access to it in Safari without having to remember each password.

In addition to Safari 4 support, version 2.9.19 improves its upgrade process, gains better domain matching rules for some addresses, and adds drag-and-drop Dock icon support for importing AppShelf files.

System requirements call for Mac OS X 10.4 or later.
