ATTO on Monday announced that its Celerity 8Gb and 4Gb Fibre Channel host adapter interface cards have been qualified for use with HP’s StorageWorks Enterprise Virtual Array (EVA) 6400 and 8400. The devices enable Macs to access HP enterprise-class storage systems.

Celerity host adapters are PCI-Express (PCIe) and PCI-X host adapter cards designed to work in Mac Pros and Xserves. They’re suitable for use in high-end video applications, or for Fibre Channel Storage Area Network (SAN) use.
