SkypeCap has announced the release of SkypeCap 2.0, a new version of its Skype audio and video session recorder for Mac OS X. It costs $50.

SkypeCap enables you to save your Skype sessions so you can replay them later. It’s suitable for recording teleconference calls, meetings, training sessions and other content produced using Skype, the popular Voice over IP (VoIP) conferencing software.

The new release features a new engine with Skype Video support. A new converter has been included that lets you convert already-saved conversations. QuickTime .mov file saving is now included, MPEG support has been added, along with Flash SWF and FLV support. Other changes have also been made.

System requirements include Mac OS X 10.4 or later and 10MB hard disk space.
