XtremeMac's Bumperz for iPod shuffle are silicone "cases" for your iPod shuffle. However, rather than covering your shuffle all over, they surround the outer edges, much like the bumper on your car (and very similar to Marware's SportGrip for iPod shuffle). This leaves the controls on the front and back easily accessible. Although it also means there's no direct protection for the face of your shuffle, the Bumperz's raised edges do keep it fairly safe from shocks; just be careful putting your shuffle in your pocket or bag with your keys. (Bumperz aren't compatible with your iPod shuffle's USB cap; only the lanyard cap or XtremeMac's own SuperHook cap.)

Bumperz come in 3 different $20 packs of 5, each with a different set of colors, making them an excellent value.--Derik DeLong
