The SkinTight Armband for iPod nano is just what it says on the box: an armband for your iPod nano. This is pretty much a one-trick pony, but it's a pretty decent one.

The SkinTight armband is comprised of an adjustable, black neoprene band and a white clip for your nano. The clip is designed to work with no case; the nano itself just slides into it. A gray non-slip backing prevents the iPod from sliding out. I used the band for a brisk ten-minute treadmill session, and though it slid down a little, that was because I hadn't fully snapped it into place. After making a minor adjustment, using it for the rest of the workout presented no problem.

As with many armbands, it's difficult to see and use the controls while the iPod is on your arm, and the headphone cord can sometimes become tangled. The neoprene band was comfortable to wear during a workout, though, as mentioned above, I had a little trouble getting it adjusted at first. My only other concern was that with no case, the iPod was vulnerable if it fell out of the armband, or if I tripped or fell. Otherwise the armband works as advertised, if for a somewhat high price. (Then again, we haven't seen many armbands for less than $30.)
