PROS: Covers phone completely; includes an attached screen cleaning cloth; power and volume buttons covered but still work well; attractive finish.

CONS: Thick; screen cleaning cloth's sticky surface needs to be cleaned regularly; top latch doesn't close completely solidly

The concerti is a combination silicone skin and flipcover case; the silicone is permanently attached to the flipcover case. Once inserted, the iPhone is totally protected, with only the mute switch, speakers, and docking port remaining uncovered. An attached cleaning cloth resides inside the front cover. This is great for easy cleaning, but not so great because it will clean the center of your phone's screen every time you close the lid--thereby insuring you'll have to use the cloth to clean the rest of the screen the next time you use the phone.

The cloth is mounted on a sticky rubber pad; mine lost all its stick within a few days, but a quick cleaning with a wetted finger brought back the stickiness.

The biggest issue with this case is the thickness; if you're looking for full protection in an attractive and easy-to-use container, the concerti is a good candidate.--Rob Griffiths
