There’s been a flurry of activity recently from Quark’s Denver headquarters. Less than a month ago, Quark announced its new App Studio, a module for the Quark Publishing System that facilitates publishing to the iPad for medium and large businesses. That same day, Quark made a variation of that software—called iPad Publishing Service for QuarkXPress—available to smaller operations that do not use the enterprise publishing system.

Quark’s flagship product, QuarkXPress is currently at version 8.5 and runs on Mac OS X 10.4 or higher on either PowerPC or Intel Macs.
