Freeverse Software has updated its sound editing and recording software Sound Studio to version 3.5.5, adding Mac OS X v10.5 “Leopard” compatibility and making other changes.
Sound Studio 3.5.5 costs $79.95.
Sound Studio is useful for recording podcasts, transferring audio from analog sources such as records and tapes, and more. It provides tools to create mixes, tweak levels and equalization thresholds, apply digital effects and more.
Sound Studio 3.5.5 is now compatible with Leopard, and adds a “Set Zoom to Default” menu item command. Bug fixes have also been made, including a fix for window default size, opening System 7 sound files, AppleScript “change pitch” command and changing the view box in the waveform overview.
System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.4 or later, G3/500MHz or faster, including Intel, 16MB VRAM, 512MB RAM and 500MB hard disk space.
