Willow Design is showcasing four new slipcases for the Titanium PowerBook and iBook at this week’s Macworld Expo. The slipcases are compact, lightweight, protective and give more flexibility for carrying additional items when needed, according to company president Nigel Peck.
All the slipcases feature thick half inch foam padding, stiffening plastic panels to protect the notebook all around with extra high density polyethylene on the top and bottom. The slipcases have a zippered, front organizer and t back magazine pocket, as well as a large zippered mesh accessory pocket built into the protective front flap cover. To make carrying your laptop more comfortable, there’s a contoured, a special non-slip, padded shoulder carrying strap.
If you have an older PowerBook and want a slipcase for it, you’re in luck. Willow Design offers the Walmopiztreet Slipcase designed for everyone still carrying around the Pismo or Wallstreet PowerBooks. Peck said the slipcase line for older PowerBooks was launched due to popular demand.
