PrintToPDF updated to 2.3.1

A new version of PrintToPDF — a shareware printer driver that creates PDF files — is available. Changes in version 2.3.1 include:

A new preference to suppress application version number info from being included in the creator line of the PDF document info. The developer said that this feature has been included because some applications include serial number info in the version resource.

The euro sign is now assumed to be present in Mac Roman fonts; previously, the euro sign was substituted from the Symbol font.

Custom sizes are listed alphabetically in the Sizes panel of the preferences dialog.

The software costs US$20, a lot less than what Acrobat will set you back.
