With tax season upon us in the US, not only is the CompleteTax online service now open to Mac users (see separate story), Intuit is offering a Quicken-TurboTax promotion, according to company spokesperson Chris Repetto.
For a limited time, you can get US$30 off Quicken 2002 Deluxe for Mac when you buy TurboTax Deluxe (for tax year 2001) with a mail-in rebate. Quicken 2002 Deluxe has a suggested retail price of $59.95, and TurboTax 2001 Deluxe a suggested retail price of $49.95. The offer is good now through April 15.
