It wasn’t that long ago that Mac accessory and peripheral reseller Dr. Bott LLC introduced their iPod Connection Kit, a collection of accessories designed to improve the utility of Apple’s powerful MP3 player/FireWire hard disk. Today Dr. Bott announced the follow-up product — the iPod Connection Kit II. The new package is now shipping.
Noting that the original iPod Connection Kit garnered a great deal of attention worldwide, Dr. Bott CEO Eric Prentice explained that kit included an FM transmitter that isn’t able to be sold globally. This new version substitutes the FM transmitter with a cassette tape adapter, instead.
“This kit is a great addition to the iPod and provides everything an iPod owner is going to want sooner or later to get the most out of their iPod,” said Prentice.
The iPod Connection Kit II includes an auto charger, cassette tape adapter, male/female mini stereo extension cable, male/male mini stereo connection cable, mini stereo to RCA cable and an iPod Carry Pouch.
The iPod Connection Kit II is available immediately and retails for US$47.95.
