The bundle of the new ZyGoVideo Pro and HipFlics 1.1 for Mac OS X, which we reported on Feb. 4, has been extended to cover both tools running under Mac OS and Windows.
The new bundles will be made available in time for QuickTime Live. QuickTime Live! 2002 is slated for Feb. 11-14, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, Beverly Hills, CA. The conference will feature keynotes, full-day workshops, breakout sessions and a product showcase featuring the latest development tools based on QuickTime technology.
ZyGoVideo is a codec for QuickTime and QuickTime Pro that compresses and decompresses video files to deliver broadcast-quality video at lower transmission speeds. HipFlics is a digital video enhancing, compressing and processing tool from Totally Hip.
The expansion of the Mac OS X bundle follows a successful holiday introduction to users needing a quick and easy tool set to create Web content for QuickTime 5, according to Rod Sheffield, President and CEO of Media Metastasis. Visit the Media Metastasis or Totally Hip Web sites for details.
