Rampell Software, LLC
has released version 1.5 of its popular TypeRecorder software for the Mac.
TypeRecorder, for the traditional Mac operating system, automatically records and saves all keystrokes. It also monitors and saves every keystroke to a daily file, regardless of what application is being used, according to
MacTech magazine. In the event of a power outage or a system crash, all work can be retrieved from TypeRecorder’s records, regardless of whether the work had been saved. Version 1.5 of TypeRecorder adds password protection and options for changing the default log viewer and default recording directory.
A 25-day trial version of TypeRecorder (an 712 KB file) is available at the Rampell Software Web site. The cost is US $15.99.
