has announced the release of IntelliMerge 2.0, the latest major release of its dynamic e-mail merge software for the Mac.
IntelliMerge was developed for businesses that want to stay in touch with customers by sending personalized e-mail newsletters, letters, invoices, alerts and more over the Internet. You can import contact information from popular software like Entourage, Outlook Express, FileMaker Pro and others. IntelliMerge sports an integrated message editor, recipient database system and message mailer. The software was developed using Real Software’s REALbasic.
The new version has dozens of new features, and now supports direct mailing in Mac OS X, styled text mailings, an HTML preview mode, embedded image support, batch recipient support and much more. IntelliMerge is powered by Paradigma Software’s Valentina 1.8.10 Final relational database system, so application developers can generate IntelliMerge-compatible recipient database files.
System requirements call for Mac OS 8.5 or later, or Mac OS X 10.1.2 or later. You can download a demo from the Intelli Innovations Web site.
IntelliMerge 2.0 costs US$64.95; upgrades from any previous version are $29.95. Users who registered IntelliMerge on or after December 1, 2001 are entitled to a free upgrade.
