Appligent Inc. has announced the release of its new line of server applications for Mac OS X. The company’s products are developed to handle high-volume and on-demand production needs of electronic publishers.
The products include:
AppendPDF — enables you to create one PDF file from lists of several PDF files, or lists of page ranges within PDF files.
AppendPDF Pro — a “pro” version of the software which adds the dynamic generation of cover page, tables of contents pages with hyperlinks and bookmarks, page stamping, add additional text or images and more.
APUtilities — a collection of command-line tools that each perform a specific function or grab info from PDF documents.
FDFMerge — Create completed PDF forms by merging or stamping FDF data. Supports text and JPEG image stamping, and requires only Acrobat Reader and a browser to fill in forms online and receive a complete PDF file on return.
StampPDF Batch — custom-stamp text and JPEG images into single or multiple PDF documents; the stamped text then becomes a permanent part of each PDF document. Extensively customizable, and capable of being used to dynamically date/time stamp documents as part of SOPs or as part of a company’s ISO process.
SecurSign — apply security features to large volumes of documents automatically using Acrobat’s standard security mechanisms; process documents in batch mode or dynamically.
