Apple today has posted information on two new promotions. New to the Apple promotions page are Design Values and Cool Pix.
Apple’s Design Values features a US$100 savings when you purchase any PowerMac G4 or PowerBook and the new Adobe Design Collection with InDesign 2.0, Illustrator 10, Acrobat 5 and PhotoShop 6.0. In addition, with this offer you can upgrade to Photoshop 7.0 free, when it becomes available.
“Adobe is the premier developer of creative applications for Mac OS X and Photoshop 7 is going to get a strong reception,” Apple spokesperson, Bill Evans told MacCentral. “With great values like the special offer and powerful native Mac OS X applications, Apple and Adobe will continue to lead the creative market.”
To qualify for this offer you must order and take possession of qualifying Apple and Adobe Design Collection products from February 25, 2002, through August 31, 2002. The Apple and Adobe products must be purchased from a participating authorized Apple reseller.
Apple also notes a limit of one Adobe Design Collection per qualifying Apple Power Mac, Macintosh Server G4 or PowerBook purchased. This offer is not valid with the purchase of used, refurbished, or demonstration equipment. More information on terms and conditions of this offer are available in a downloadable PDF.
Cool Pix promotion also offers a $100 savings when you purchase an iBook or PowerBook and a Nikon Cool Pix 775 digital camera. In addition, when you sign up for a 1-Click account in iPhoto, you’ll get the first ten 4×6 prints free.
To qualify you must purchase an iBook or PowerBook, as well as the Nikon Coolpix 775 camera between February 22, 2002, and May 27, 2002. You then need to mail a downloadable coupon to Apple to receive your $100.
