Corel has released a
for Corel Graphics Suite 10 for the Macintosh. The new version is ready for download from Corel’s web site now.
Version 10.0.1 improves overall stability and performance, according to Corel, and provides Asian language support. Various unspecified issues specific to Mac OS X and Mac OS 8.6 have been addressed, DXF and DWG import and export have been added, and users can now open files with custom spot colors.
System requirements for the update call for Corel Graphics Suite 10 for Mac, a PowerPC G3 or faster, Mac OS 8.6 or higher (including, of course, Mac OS X), and 64MB RAM. No additional hard disk space is required for the update, which weighs in as a 23.3MB download.
Please note that Corel recommends that you reset your workspace after running the update — to do so, you hold down the “Shift” key when launching the application. A message asks you if you wish to overwrite your current workspace. Click on “Yes” to return the workspace to the original factory default.
