J.U.M.P., an all-Mac firm based in New York City whose “Jumpers” go onsite to assist companies with technical problems and to offer consultation, has started an online Mac support store for its clients.
“It offers free support with questions answered by Apple Solutions experts and Apple technicians working at our company,” J.U.M.P. CEO Jeff Graber told MacCentral.
To check out the forum go to the Mac support store and click on the Forum tab. You can access the forum for free; other of J.U.M.P.’s online services, though free, require you to register for a client ID and password.
