The Apple Teacher Institute (ATI) in the UK — which was held March 25-28 at Cheltenham College, Gloucestershire — was a “huge success,” the show’s organizers told MacCentral. There are several photographs of the educational expo online.
Targeted to UK and European teaching professionals, the 60-plus attendees were mostly members of Apple’s Distinguished Schools and Distinguished Educators programs. Topics covered this year include: digital video in education; in-depth studies of creative education solutions; skill development in subject and age-group-relevant projects; and sharing of experiences, action planning and portfolio development.
There’s also an online iMovie Theater. It showcases “a humorous look at the power of iMovie to inspire teachers and children.”
