Version 5.0 of Reunion Planner — software for planning and coordinating family, college, high school or company reunions — is now available from Minutiae Software. And it’s Mac OS X native.
The US$59.95 application features a complete address book, integrated mail merge, budget planner, mailing labels, name badges and more. Version 5.0 offers a redesigned and improved Letters module and the ability to export data as HTML table, according to J.E. Jack of Minutiae Software.
There are also built-in Budget, Task, Letters module and Lodging modules, as well as in a built-in questionnaire form, ticket order form and spell checker. There are automatic 10 digit phone number formatting, European A4 and DL letter & envelope layouts, and the capability to track alumni’s marital status, children, interests, occupation and more
Reunion Planner 5.0 lets you print photo name badges and print Avery labels, mailing lists, merge letters, envelopes and souvenir booklets. It offers an unlimited number of saved found sets and multiple export and import options, including tab, comma, merge and SYLK.
System requirements are a Power Mac, 16MB of available RAM, 24MB of free hard disk space, Mac OS 8.1 or Mac OS X (10.1 or later), a 15-inch monitor, and a printer. You can download Reunion Planner from the
