Developer Aram Kudurshian has released HTML Creator 3.0, his HTML editor for the Mac. It’s designed to simply the creation of Web pages through built-in assistants and WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) style format menu.
Built with the REALbasic environment from Real Software HTML Creator is aimed at both novices and professional users. New to version 3.0 is the introduction of style sheets and framesets, as well as a batch find and replace system that lets you edit many of files in one swoop. Plus, HTML Creator 3.0 features a comprehensive HTML Reference, new assistants, updated looks, bug fixes and other enhancements such as improved drag and drop support, the introduction of HTML Tools, and better Web page previewing.
The US$15 utility also has a “ScratchPad” feature that lets you jot down design notes, and shortcuts to reduce repetitive code. Version 3.0 (including a demo version, is now online.
